Why do websites start at EUR 530? The competition is cheaper.
Cheaper offers are usually templates or websites generated from a chat window. They look fine at first glance, but nobody read the copy, you cannot change the content yourself and when something needs fixing there is nobody to ask. We have been building websites since 2017 and every one has a developer answering for the result, we fix the price and the date upfront, deliver Start and Business in 14 days, Premium in 20 days and keep looking after you afterwards. Nothing surprising turns up on the invoice.
Are domain and hosting included?
Domain and hosting are included for the first year in all B2C packages. From the second year you either run the site with us, hosting and domain together for about EUR 40 a year, or you move it to your existing provider.
What if I only need small tweaks, not a whole website?
Small tweaks are billed by the hour at EUR 30/hour excl. VAT, the no-commitment rate. For regular work the Starter monthly retainer pays off: the effective hourly rate is lower, you get reserved capacity, priority and unused hours roll over to the next month.
How do monthly dev retainers work?
We agree on an hour budget (10 / 25 / 50+ hrs, i.e. full capacity). Each month you get a report of completed hours with a description of work. Unused hours roll over to the next month.
Can I edit the website myself later?
A CMS is included in both Business and Premium. In Business you change services, references, photos and content pages yourself, in Premium you also restructure the site and its navigation and edit content straight from ChatGPT or Claude. On the Start package we handle updates at the EUR 30/hour rate excl. VAT.
Can you connect the website to ChatGPT so I edit content from chat?
Yes. We can connect your website to ChatGPT and Claude through a so-called MCP server, so you edit texts and descriptions straight from chat, in both languages if you like. The AI can only do what we allow, it cannot delete or break anything and every change is logged. More in the Web for AI agents section.
How much does an e-shop cost?
A ready-made e-shop on our proven foundation, with a design made for your brand, no monthly fees and payment plus carrier integration, costs EUR 1 650. A fully bespoke e-shop tailored to your catalogue and processes is from EUR 2 490. We confirm the exact price based on scope on a call.
How long does a mobile app take and what is involved?
We build one app for both iOS and Android. A first version up to around 5 screens starts at EUR 2 090 and takes a matter of weeks, larger apps depend on scope. We publish the app to both the App Store and Google Play.
Who owns the website, the domain and the source code?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, once the invoice is paid we hand over the source code and all credentials, and you can take the website elsewhere at any time, to another host or another developer. We keep no rights to the result and charge nothing for access to your own website.
What will the website cost me from the second year?
Running the site, hosting and domain together, typically comes to about EUR 40 a year. Nothing else is mandatory, no management retainer and no fee for the CMS. If you ask for a change, you pay only the hours worked at EUR 30 excl. VAT, or a monthly retainer if you want to develop the site regularly.
What exactly does the SEO included in the price cover?
The technical foundation search engines need in order to read you correctly: a title and description for every page, clean URLs, a sitemap, robots.txt, structured data for both Google and AI search engines, fast loading, a mobile version and a connection to Google Analytics and Search Console. It does not include an ongoing SEO campaign, meaning article writing, link building and monthly ranking work. We handle that separately and tell you upfront whether you need it.
Is the design custom, or a modified template?
We do not buy ready-made templates. The design is made for your brand and approved by the developers who then build the site. On the Start package we start from a layout that has proven itself with sole traders and design it in your colours, with your logo and content. On Business and Premium we design the layout of every page around what you sell and to whom. You always see the design and we fine-tune it before any coding starts.
Who supplies the copy and the photos?
The best result comes when you supply the material, you know your field best. If you have no copy, we write it from what you tell us on the call. We advise on photos or recommend a photographer, and quote stock photos upfront. The delivery deadline starts once the material is complete.
Can I get a custom price quote?
Of course. If you need an e-shop, a portal or a non-standard system, send a project description via our contact form and you will get an indicative quote and, after a scope analysis, a fixed price in the proposal.
Can I get an individual quote?
Yes. For an online store, application or project outside the standard packages, we discuss the requirements and prepare an individual quote. You know the agreed scope and pricing before work starts.
