The data controller is Karel Sikyr, Company ID: 06109152, based in the Czech Republic, operator of DevBoys.cz (the "controller"). The controller processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

What data we collect

Through the contact form and forms on landing pages we process the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name (optional)
• Message content / inquiry description

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process personal data solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and communicating with you in connection with providing our services. The legal basis for processing is your consent given by ticking the relevant box when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention period

We retain personal data only for the period strictly necessary to handle the inquiry, and no longer than 3 years from provision, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Traffic measurement (Google Analytics)

On this website and on associated landing pages we use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic measurement. Google Analytics uses cookies to anonymously track visitor behaviour. The collected data does not identify specific individuals. More information is available in the Google privacy policy.

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purposes, except for:
