The same website, an admin that stays out of the way
A company from Rokycany that automates production, machines parts and fabricates metal. It liked the look of its website, not the old content system. We built a new admin under the original design, AI translates the English version and the machine park and photos can be edited straight from ChatGPT or Claude.

They liked the website, not managing it
SEKELA CZ programs PLCs and robots, builds production lines and fixtures, machines parts and relocates technology. It had a website in Czech and English and was happy with the look. The problem sat underneath: the old content system was outdated and so complex that a new project or machine waited until someone found the nerve to add it.
A good looking website on a system nobody wanted to touch
The brief was simple: keep the design, simplify the management and do not lose any Google rankings. The picture shows the finished website after launch. Visitors will not notice the change, the company does, because it now edits the content itself.
What was holding the company back
- An outdated content system where finding the right setting took longer than the edit.
- The Czech and English versions were not linked, every change had to be done twice.
- The References link in the footer and on the homepage led to a missing page.
- Styles and fonts loaded from third party servers the website depended on.
- The website ran on PHP 7.4, which has not received security fixes for years.

Website transfer, new sections, the admin and the AI integration from one supplier. The website now runs on code the company owns.
A machine park that does not go stale
The carried over pages were joined by a machine park, a product catalogue, references, a photo gallery and news. Every machine has a category, parameters and photos, so a customer sees right away what the workshop can produce.
One screen for one thing
Projects, machines, positions, documents and contacts each have their own section. Switching between Czech and English is a button at the top and every change is logged, so you can see who edited what.
An English version without writing it twice
Every record has a Translate to English button. AI prepares the English text, a person checks and saves it. It also suggests a title and description for search engines. AI runs on the company's own key, translating a typical page costs a fraction of a crown. Spending has a monthly cap and an overview right on the admin home screen, so there are no surprises.
A new machine is one chat message away
The website has its own MCP server. After signing in to the company account, ChatGPT or Claude can list, create and edit a machine, project or job position and add a photo to the gallery. It never deletes anything and every change it makes is logged in the history, so it can be undone. Access is guarded by a sign in, not a shared password.
Google rankings stayed put
Every old URL, including the .html endings, returns content or a redirect. Language versions are linked, broken links fixed, structured data about the company added and an llms.txt file for AI search engines.

The same website, a different way to work with it
Visitors see the website they know. The company has an admin it understands, English without writing it twice and content it can edit from a chat.
Measured on the live website
The original website pulled styles and fonts from third party servers. Now everything lives on its own domain, photos are served as WebP in several sizes and finished pages are cached, so the photo heavy homepage loads fast even on a phone.
We measured the speed on the live site in August 2026. Check it yourself, just paste the address into Google PageSpeed Insights.
Questions from companies happy with their website but not with managing it
Can you replace the admin and keep the website design?
Yes. Here we rebuilt the design 1:1 in our own code and put a new admin underneath. Visitors will not notice, the company will. We only fixed what was broken, such as the link to a missing References page.
Will we lose Google rankings in the switch?
You do not have to. Before the transfer we listed all 75 URLs of the old website and every one of them now returns content or redirects to the new one. We kept the .html endings, page titles and descriptions.
How does the AI translation into English work?
Every record in the admin has a Translate to English button. AI prepares the English text, you check and save it. AI spending has a monthly cap, so the bill never comes as a surprise.
What does it mean that the website can be edited from ChatGPT or Claude?
The website has its own MCP server, a secure connection for AI assistants. After signing in to the company account you just tell the assistant a new machine or project has arrived and it adds it to the website including a photo. Without signing in it cannot reach the content.
How much does a transfer like this cost?

Is there a monthly fee for the website?
Not for the website or the admin. You pay for hosting on our server, a few hundred crowns a year, and possibly for AI translations, which have a monthly cap.
