Craftsmanship the customer could not check before ordering
An experienced team, certifications from Hörmann and Stobag, and finished installations of shading, pergolas and doors. With an installation the customer is mostly buying trust, and there was no way to verify it. The company had no website and not a single project photo online.
References only by word of mouth
Anyone who did not hear about the company from a referral had no way to find out what it could do. No website, no project gallery, no overview of the brands it installs.
